The Women’s Housing Coalition is not an emergency shelter. We provide permanent supportive housing. 

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable permanent housing and support services to formerly homeless, low income individuals and families in Baltimore City.

All of our residents are referred to us through Baltimore’s Coordinated Access System.
