The Women's Housing Coalition is not a homeless shelter. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing and support services to homeless, low income women and families in Baltimore City.

To qualify:

  • referred by a service provider
  • a woman or family must be homeless (last residence must be in Baltimore City)
  • low income
  • have a disability (by HUD standards to include physical disability, mental health issues or chemical addition with a minimum of six months of sobriety documented by a health care professional).
