Inside the House

Today I am feeling somewhat frustrated because I feel that all the hard work I have done in my lifetime boils down to whether a person likes me or not. My education, work ethics, morals, values, experience ... none of that matters!!! Only if a person likes me... that determines whether I get hired on a job. I just can't wrap my mind around that.

 

Now granted, I know and understand that my attitude and my personality has to be acceptable and appropriate, but if the interviewer is biased and does not like me for whatever reason... I will not get hired.. No, I agree to disagree with that one!!!  I guess that's where I am today, I'm going to go clean my room.
