Inside the House

I am so,so sorry I am late with my blog!  I've been busy with my doctors appointments, the redetermination of my housing, medical and income benefits and visiting my sick family members.

 

I had a great time at the end of the week, visiting my mother and my sisters.  My mother is doing fine. My sisters and I spent some time togethter and we went out to dinner.

 

My sisters and I had the chance to just hang out, being sisters and more important, being friends.  We talked about the good times growing up, old husbands, grown chidren and grandchildren that we have.  It was wonderful.  We even talked about the death of a daughter, and our addictions and illnesses.  I had the feeling that we have matured a great deal .  Able to deal with working, establishing good homes, a relationships with each other.  This is good!  We are all over 50 years old and it has been a hard life for all of us.  but it was great being together as family and friends.

 

I am looking forward to our next girls night out!
