This year’s Hops for Housing was AMAZING, thanks to you!

More than 130 thirsty WHC supporters sipped, chugged, and noshed their way through locally brewed beer, wine, and signature cocktails made with Shot Tower gin, not to mention the delicious grilled hot dogs, burgers with all the fixings, and a fantastic assortment of decadent desserts.

It was a perfect night for everyone, including the residents of the Women’s Housing Coalition, who are the real beneficiaries of your largesse.

Thank you for being our biggest supporters. We are your biggest fans. And thank you as well to all our Sponsors.

A Key of One's Own

This was our Annual Fundraiser, A Key of One’s Own.

Thanks to everyone who made this annual fundraising event a fun success! You all created a delightful atmosphere; we praise the brave ones who got onstage or broke out the dance moves on the floor! To those who participated in the silent auction, thanks as well, and congratulations to those who won the bidding wars!

Our Response to COVID-19

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping the safety of our residents and staff at the forefront of our response efforts.  We are currently not allowing outside visitors. We are stocking up on emergency cleaning and food supplies to aid our residents during this difficult time.  Any support in these efforts is greatly appreciated.  Check out our wish list which is constantly updated to reflect the needs of our residents.

Thank you and please take care of yourselves!

Our Mission

The Women’s Housing Coalition supports families and individuals
with permanent and affordable, service enriched housing.

What we do

The Women’s Housing Coalition is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness for disabled individuals and families by providing affordable housing and supportive services to enable them to sustain social and financial stability.

The WHC continues to focus on women, but we open our doors to all those experiencing homelessness.  In addition to housing, WHC services include case management, advocacy and life skills training.  Services are tailored to meet the needs of each individual or family and are based on their individual situations and goals.

We make an impact.

In 2018 we served 144 individuals, which included 27 children. 100% of our residents remained stably housed with us or moved on to stable housing in the community.
